Catherine has previously said, regarding sponsoring the Divas of Colour event, “WorldRemit very proudly supports Divas of Colour – the largest gathering of the world’s most powerful women of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities from around the globe, in celebration of their contributions and achievements. In September 2016, we enabled over half a million transfers each month for the first time, up from 330,000 transfers in January 2016. The driving force behind our explosive growth is our users, including the women of the diaspora supporting their families through our mobile app and website and it is with them, that we today wish to celebrate, recognise, unite, discover and empower similar success stories.”

Divas of Colour is the largest gathering of world’s most influential women, a special day to celebrate, recognise, reward and discover the contributions of women from around the world. Catherine Wines is just one of many high-profile women already confirmed to attend this year’s event to be held on the 18th March 2017 at Kia Oval. Tickets and more details are available on the website.
